I'm not really an insomniac, I just haven't time to sleep. I've been awake for a grand total of 56 hours straight, and the three days before that, I only got about 3-4 hours of sleep. I really don't know why I'm on here right now, I should be sleeping. Oh well.

No no, it's perfectly fine. I don't sleep much either, and it's never done anything to me!
Seriously, though, 56 hours straight can cause internal damage and other problems. You might want to be more careful about that.

Yeah, I just woke up from a 6 hour nap. I'm good for another day or two. Besides, I was playing D&D most of that time, and that is important.

Though this doesn't occur until three days of sleep have been missed. After three days, a person will start to hallucinate and clear thinking is impossible. With continued wakefulness a person can lose grasp of reality. Another important event which takes place during sleep is the secretion of chemicals important to the immune system. Without them, one can become more prone to disease, which we all know is not good.
Lastly, rats forced to stay awake continuously will eventually die, proving that sleep is essential. So, while only missing one night of sleep will only cause the person to be irritable and either run down or completely wired, and two days will see a major loss in concentration and attention span, after about three days serious damage is done which can not be reversed. Do not attempt this idly without recognizing the risks involved in such an undertaking. And besides, one must admit that it actually takes work to stay up for so many hours straight. Your body automatically begins to shut down, calling out for sleep. You would really need to try to stay awake for that long.

I used to play D&D, like, the original, because I used the books my dad used in college. However, recently I have been playing 3.5, it's not as good, but it's better than not playing at all. U.P? I have no idea what that is, but I live in Minnesota, small town MN.

U.P. = Upper Peninsula. That is the little area of Michigan above the Mackinac Bridge.

I slept over Xin's house one time and we stayed up all night. I was so tired, I fell asleep while playing FF VIII. I woke up later in time to keep my characters from dying. It seemed I was fight while I was asleep. I think I even lv up a few times, but I'm not sure.
