I thought about that, but that person's thread has already been burned back. Balefiring destroys threads, it can't bring them back like that. Maybe. Sort o' confusing. It makes sense in my head, though, and that's all that matters.

But wait. Say there are a bunch of channelers fight each other. Cnanneler 1 balefires Channeler 2. Then when Chenneler 1 is goes to balefire Channeler 4, Channeler 3 balefires 1's balefire. Will that bring back 2?

The channeler just balefired balefire?!
No, the thread is burned back in time. It makes it as though he died in the past, not at that moment. That is why the DO can't bring people back from bealfire deaths. He needs to catch their soul at the moment of death.

Why can't you balefire balefire? If you could do that, you bring back a lot of things.

Because I say so.
There you are, the only reason you should need for anything.
Back to topic:
Does anyone else have the willpower to reread the series?

There's only one before it. And I'm rereading it for one section in particular.

Oh yeah, oops. Still in that The Dragon Reborn mindset. So what's that one section?

1. No, it isn't really that big of a clue. 2. I didn't recall that Egwene was leashed in book 2. 3. Umm...I'm all out of stuff to say. 4. Look to #3.

I don't believe a person can balefire a balefirer to bring a balefire-ee back to life. Since the thread is already snipped from the pattern, preventing the actual act of balefire with balefire will have nothing to bring back.
EDIT: Upon further consideration, I'd like to add that balefire's effect in the AoL would have been considerably less dreadful if its effects could be reversed by the same means.
