Ah, you have a very good point. Quibly would be one to do such a thing...
But you must admit that is exactly what was being discussed. You are reading about young women being leashed. I was just pointing that out...

wow....and btw, the leashing of Egwene was a major part of book #2....and over all the other books RJ keeps refering back to when she was leashed, like when ever she had to wear the bracelet for "Marigen", she would shudder remember when she wore the necklace...ya gotta pay attention to things!!!

She would actually be shuddering at the memory of the collar. It was not generally a necklace, they just did it in "Marigen"s case to make it look innocous, like it was not really something out of the ordinary and she not something beyond a serving girl. What Egwene would be remembering is a collar around her neck. There's a big difference between a necklace and a collar.

right....sorry i guess, like i said in some other post, i havent the best memory and one way or another the collar, not a neckless, ends up around their neck. but that is what i ment, sorry i didnt make that clear to ya
