Hmm, not sure if this is the right board to ask this, but I need to get it off my chest. Who is Selene that Rand meets in that... 'if' world? She obviously has the ability to channel, if she managed to use the Portal Stone. I'm thinking she might be Lanfear, but I don't know yet. Not enough info to back that up. *shrugs* Help?  |

Try and predict why she left the Nine Rings in the middle of the night. But I don't get it. The only reason Rand went to Cairhien (sp?) in the first place was to take Selene back to her home. Well, Selene left in the middle of the night, so she's obviously fine without him. Mat needs that dagger, so Rand should just let her be and go to find Ingtar.  Oh well. I shall find out soon! Oh, and another question, something that's been bugging me since Moiraine suggested that he wasn't dead. When does Thom Merrilin come back into the story? He was an awesome character, and I miss him! |
