We have a Black Tower board because this is a Portal Stone world. A group of men, calling themselves the Black Tower, has formed in Caemlyn. Later when we advance the timeline, Rand will come, take over, and put Taim in charge.
As for RPing, it's up to Temanin to decide.

I sees, k then. Sounds good, an early Black Tower would definatly have some major plot influences. I guess I'll just wait for Temanin, then ;D
