I am currently involved in FIRST Robotics building a robot. It is week three out of six weeks. Our robot is having some drive train issues, but I think they have been resolved.
I haven't been playing video games all that much since I finished Dirge of Cerberus and Final Fantasy XII. I was playing Vice City for a bit, but got bored with it. I beat campaign mode for Rise of Legends. Right now I've been going through Age of Empires II.
As for books, I'm reading 1491. I had finished the first three books of the Prince of Nothing series before hand. There are going to be more books, so I'll have to wait until the next one comes out.
Other than that, I can't think of anything.

I'm reading Grapes of Wrath. I'm kind of into Steinbeck a lot right now.
I'm listening to The Shins and Neutral Milk Hotel and The Decemberists a lot.
I'm taking Spanish 102, Political Science, Mass Media, and Annual (yearbook) right now.
I'm looking for a job, but not really aggressively.. I should look harder.
And yesterday it was extremely foggy and I accidently turned down a one-way street. Thank god it was also extremely early and there was no one around. That was horrible.

I saw the play of The Grapes of Wrath. It didn't impress me much. But then, that era doesn't.

Aaah it was horrible. Horrible. I realized immediately what I'd done and shrieked "OH SHIT!" and thank god there was a Walgreens on the corner of the two streets so I just turned into the parking lot.. I keep waiting for a call from the police or something, who got a report on a suspected drunk driver and watched parking lot tapes and got my license plate number or something. Every time the phone rings I flinch.

I know. I was so freaked out that right after I did it I called my mom and she told me to stop freaking out. I freak out easily. It's a little better.. I figure since that happened Sunday and it is now Wednesday if they were gonna come after me they'd have done so by now.

Well I don't know.. a friend of mine went down a one-way street the wrong way once and he got a ticket for "endangerment" or something, even though he didn't hit anyone or anything.

well I'm on Ambien sleeping pills, and seeing a priest three times a week, my mom wants me to go to other things also, but I still refuse to, I believe I'm addicted to the sleeping pills though..kinda scary it is. Other then that, wasting time, training with Imperial Guard's Aerox I know I cant get in, but its fun to have some one 'train' you in CoD2 lol. www.imperialguard.co.uk/Imperial Guard the movie! |

Build season for Robotics is done with. Now I've got a play set to make and put up.

Hey, hey! I'm not exactly sure why I suddenly decided to visit the board after my prolonged hiatus. Stress makes you do funny things.
Anyways, life is kind of weird right now. I'm not sure how muh I really want to get into all the details. Let's just say there have been some unexpected and unpleasant run-ins with both the law and funeral home. Both have caused some stress. In addition, I've got mid-terms now. Friggin' college, what was I thinking.
I'm playing a lot of music, and just started reading book one of the Malazan Book of the Dead by Steven Erikson.
Also, in tow weeks, I'm actually going to be paid to play ORIGINAL music. That doesn't happen all too often, usually, people just want you to play covers. So that's cool.
Oh yeah. Hi everyone. I'm back...sort of.
