Thought this place could use alittle bit more activity anyway, wanted to ask if any of you have ever played Elder Scrolls; Arena, the very fist game I belive. It was a wonder for it's time, but I am stuck on it, those damnable goblins and lizard men keep doing me in XD
I also purchased Elderscrolls; Marrowind; + Tribunal; & Blood Moon
Haven't got to installing them yet, doing that now, just wanted to ask a quick question here, because I know atleast tem has played the games, how does it stack up to Arena;Daggerfall;Redguard? Granted I have only played Arena, and then by the same company Sea Dogs [PWNZ] Because I can't seem to find honest reviews anywere for them, checked Gamefaqs, IGN, Gamespy, Game Winners, Gamespot. They all seem to say the same thing, but they are paid to review, I wanted to get a player's point of view.

I've played through some of Arena. My roommate and I found it one night while watching Oblivion trailers. XP Story-wise, they're both very strong. One thing you'll notice is that Arena allows you to travel over the entire land of Tamriel, while the other games have you confined to a certain area, i.e. the island of Morrowind. Obviously, the graphics have improved substantially and I know that Morrowind still looks pretty good when compared to games as old as it.
In short, play them all and enjoy them all, you'll be fine. ^^

Sadly, I don't know. The only game I've ever purchased was Oblivion. A friend of mine owned all the others, so that's how I got to see 'em. Sorry...

Mine is ok I guess.
2.8 AMD Chip 512-1.0gb of ram, depends if my other computer is working because I take ram out of one to run the other. 100gb Hard Drive 20gb Hard Drive Memorex 2006 Burner 256mb DDR Graphics card
as I Said ok, but not perfect, there is a funny story behind that chip. I was in a local store, and in the back the guy had used electronics, inside of a static free chip holder I found a chip, he said he had no idea what it was, a guy brought it in and sold it to him for 10 bucks, he though it didn't work. Well it does, infact though it was a AMD palomino chip so on some boards it won't run. Well it will but it only as a 1.0, on some MSI Boards it won't even run.
So that is how I got my chip XD, the graphics card came from this one guys computer who refused to pay my dad for the computer he made him. My dad lost 300 bucks worth of equip-ment and time that week. The guy was listening to his brother-in-law who just so happens to work with my dad at charter. And was telling him 'oh that graphics card will never do it is a year old, it won't play World of Warcraft' point of fact, I play it on a 64mb 2000 nvidia g-force 3, and it runs perfectly fine. So they got in a arguement, turns out it wasn't even the guys money, he borrowed it from his sister! -.-
