I've managed to contract ringworm. It's really really gross. So far it hasn't spread to my hair. If it does, I will cry. I'm being very cautious. Luckily, my best friend got it too, it was from her kitten, so she, the kitten, and I have it, so we're treating the kitten and ourselves.. so I'm not quarantined alone. Misery loves company.
At least I'll have a great topic for my yearly welcome-back-to-school-how-was-your-summer paper.. We always have one in one or another of my classes somehow.
"Well, I got ringworm and I stayed in the house for four weeks rubbing foot cream on myself. The end."
I'm not bitter at all, not one bit.
I did get a car last week though. So that's cool.
How are your lives progressing? No ringworm?

Yesterday I starting working to get in shape. Now, this morning my elbows hurt. I don't know why, they just really hurt. My other muscles ache a bit, but it's not that bad. I'll have to ask my cousin about it the next time I talk to him. He's helping me work out.
I should start reading the material I need to test out of a class, but I'm feeling quite lazy and would rather not start it yet. I will eventually. Like next week or so.
I think my friend Jason, EwoksRevenge here, had ringworm one time.

lemme think...for the past four weeks I've been in and out of the hospital about a dozen times, four of those having nothing to do with me. My brother broke his collar bone.
I've got to do both his paper routes, plus another, so that keeps me relatively busy. Other then that, not much in my life, almost 100% done with schooling, after I finish that, I will still more then likely be 15 so I will take a year off until I can find other things to do.
Blowing alot of my money on my computer and music. I know have 16 hours, and 53 minutes of music lol

I have been working for W.R. Ramsey & Associates, Inc. I get in from 45 - 50 hours a week. I draft and do a little detailing. That's all I do. And that whole ringworm thing sort of sucks. I've never had 'em, but I know some people who have. Poor dear.

Your elbows Tony? That's kind of weird. I've never had my elbows hurt after working out.
All my music on my computer.. Let's see. I put it all in the Rhapsody player, I have 2.1 days. Wow. And my mom doesn't understand why I want to get the really big mp3 player.
Hmm, what exactly does drafting and detailing involve?
And, the icing on an already really stale cake, my hair is falling out. It seems kinda silly, but I called my mom at work and cried and cried. I was pretty hysterical. I'm not really overly fond of my hair, but I know my messy curly brown mop looks far better on me than.. no hair and crusty yellow sores. I never really thought myself a vain person...

If it's any consolation, the hair on the top of my head is already starting to thin out. Both of my grandfathers were bald. My mother's hair is thin on the top, also.
*sighs*
I guess I'm going to be bald when I get old.

The easiest way to explain drafting is: blueprints. They're not actually blue anymore and they aren't produced with an ammonia-based system, but that term will work. I draw structural layouts, beam details (which is a...detail of the beam ^^) and other such lovely things for a structural engineering firm.
And if it is any consolation, a friend of mine is going bald and he's twenty. His brother is thirty and he doesn't have any hair left.
But again: poor dear. I don't think it's vain to want to keep your hair. I think it's similar to wanting to keep your blood. You made it, it's yours! ^^

...does that mean we shouldn't clip our finger nails and toe nails too? If we do we should keep them in a jar?
About my hair problem, I think it may just get thin. My dad's hair is still thick and curly like it was when he was younger. Though I think it is starting to recede a bit. If all else fails I could have a hair transplant. Maybe take some of my dog's hair and put it in my head. God knows she sheds enough to make hundreds of toupees.

Those are things you willingly give away. You can freely give up your hair, just like you can freely give up your blood. Just try to hold onto your stuff if someone's trying to take it from you. ^^
...Yes, you should definitely have you dogs hair grafted into your head. That'll work.

Your hair would smell whenever it rained. I was watching something on Discovery channel about this crazy woman that gathers dog hair and spins it or whatever and then knits it into clothes. The lady interviewing her was like "Well, doesn't it smell when it gets wet?" and the crazy lady was like "Well, I don't mind the smell of wet dog." And then I was like "Eww." Buuuuuuut, we went to the doctor and she gave me some shampoo to help my hair. So I get to keep it. So I won't be bald. This makes me very happy. Only Natalie Portman manages to look hot bald. I thought about being an engineer, or an architect, because I like math. But then I decided going past calculus was a little too much devotion to the subject. I'll stick with my real strengths. Hurray for majoring in English. Or some form of history. Probably English though. And since I couldn't sleep, I finally finished the animated sheep I promised I'd make for a friend two months ago. She wanted it colored, but I thought it looked lame. Edit: Wow, that looks really bad on this black background.

History. Major in history. If I wasn't going into Civil Engineering, I would be majoring in that. I may still get a minor in it just for the heck o' it. *nods wisely*

Heh, thanks for the sage advice. If I do major in English I'll at least minor in history. I love history. Especially if you have an awesome teacher. If I had the ability to teach I'd love to be a history teacher.
