It is what it's title says it is.
All we're going to do is socialize. No major discussions, no random things. Just talk about what is going on in your life, what video games (if any) you are playing, anyone you may want to hurt, ect. We don't know each other all that well and the forum is starting to turn belly up. Maybe if we all start posting here, the forum won't die and we won't need to flush it down the giant internet toilet. So come on, feed the forum. Don't let it die.

What's going on in my life? Well, I'm currently playing Fire Emblem. It's the first one for the GBA. I was playing Final Fantasy VIII and Wind Waker, but then I slowly stopped playing it. I started up Final Fantasy X, but that was taken over by Fire Emblem. It's no wonder I have beaten so few RPGs.
I saw the trailer for the Silent Hill movie. I've never played the game, but the movie looks good. It's one of the few game movies I want to see. The other one is Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Yes, they are making that into a movie. Go to IMDb and check it out. Most game movies are crap. Look at Street Fighter, Mario Brothers, Mortal Combat, Lora Croft: Tomb Raider, ect. All crap. But Silent Hill, it doesn't look like crap.
I've been reading a lot of webcomics lately. Some of you may know of them. They are Questionable Content, Penny Arcade, PVP, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Real Life, Chugworth Academy, and VG Cats. Yes, there are a lot of gaming webcomics there. What can I say? I live video games.
I am picky about video games, though. I dislike most sport games, racing games, FPS, TPS, and strategy games. That leaves simulation, action, and RPG. The only sim games I like are the Ace Combat games. I like military jets and I like making things go boom with missiles. Action games would include things like Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and God of War. And RPGs are, of course, Final Fantasy.
I'm going to get away from games right now and move into books. Recently I've been reading the Song of Ice and Fire series. I'm on the third book right now. Also, I've been reading books about the past. Like ancient cities and achievements they did. It's quite interesting. I'll post about them later 'cause right now, I've got to go.

I'm still playing Guild Wars. V_V My internet relationships are turning into (Oh snap she's coming to see me) relationships. >_>
Been playing Guild Wars for 5 months straight, so I've had no time to read WoT. Until last week, when I picked up where I left off in Fires of Heaven. Good stuff. Definatly not my favorite...as Perrin and Faile are not in it at all. Can't remember if I told you guys, but back in November I met Jordan at the book signing here in Charleston. It was fun, when it came time to take my friend's picture with him, my digital camera batteries died. XD
Read the first few chapters of a Song of Ice and Fire series, and can't get into it while still reading WoT.

Hmm, whats going on in my life? I recently got promoted at my work. I am replaced to another location and I am getting the lead over a larger team. My salary has gone up aswell! . I am still with my girlfriend and the day after valentine we celebrated our 5 month aniverary. I recently tuned my training-schedule to the max so I am working out 4 days a week now+ 1 day of soccer. I am doing quite well in the league, my team is placed second in a 20 team-competition. I am currently re-reading the Bible in english. I just got to Joshua in the Old Testament. @ Tony. Reading History books eh? You know that I am really into Ancient History, we can have nice discussions about that.

It's good that you're getting into the Wheel of Time again. And when you are done with the series, try and pick up A Song of Ice and Fire again. It's different from the Wheel of Time, but the same too. I like the series a lot, but not as much as I do the Wheel of Time.
Yes, you told us you met Robert Jordan. You posted a picture of him in a topic. He was wearing sun glasses and it looked as though he had a bruise under one of his eyes.
Silvion, I wouldn't mind that in the least. I like to learn about the pre-ancient civilizations the most. The theory that there were people before the Egyptians and Chinese that started civilization as we know it. It's kind of why I have an interest to go into archeology.

I'm... not really doing anything with my life right now. Got a new CD/DVD drive for my birthday (which was yesterday), so I can now play video games again. Maybe I'll be able to install KotOR this time around. And if not, I can always buy some new computer games, like some FPS or Empire At War.
School is the same as ever. Annoying sometimes, but mostly a waste of time. Have most of my schedule for next year planned out, which I'll post if anybody expresses interest in it. (Yes, yes, attention whoring.)
I've been considering going on a reading binge for awhile now, but I haven't gotten around to it. I'm currently focusing on watching TV shows -- shows I've recently gotten into are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Scrubs, and Battlestar Galactica. I still watch House, as well.
Beyond that, there's not much going on in Vicland. Which is sort of fun, since it leaves me time to laze around and goof off.

Empire At War related.Did you replace the CD/DVD drive or did someone else replace it? I never knew it was broken to begin with. You see, communication is good. If you ever want to rewatch the first season of House, let me know. I've got the first season.

Two weeks ago I developed a sore throat. This past weekend my throat was swollen. I went to the hospitol, waited for 45 minutes, and than was persribed some medicine. Yesterday, instead of getting better, I got worse. My sore throat isn't the sore anymore, but now I have a stuffy nose and I sneeze I lot more than I usually do.
It sucks.

I suppose there's only one real solution: amputation.
Consult your local physician before surgery. Materials include: large bucket, knife (preferably of the steak variety), towel(s), mirror, optional: nurse. Post-surgical symptoms include: shortening of breath, neck pain, loss of throat tissue, death. If problems last more than three minutes, join the military, because...you just survived cutting your own throat out. They can probably find somewhere to use you. Results may vary.
And I didn't read the rest of the thread. Sorry, but time is valuable.

I got a Xbox alittle while ago...other then that I'm enjoying a break from schooling.
As for your sneeze-ing and stuff nose tony I dunno, if the meds killed the pain but made other things worse you may want to talk to a doctor.

Yeah. If it doesn't clear up by this Friday I'm going to go see the doctor and ask what's wrong.
I finished watching the Audio Commentary for the first season of Scrubs. The Todd is suppose to be gay. How? They never actually say that he has had relations with the women he talks about.
My favorite quote from him (thus far), "Hey! How's your penis?"
You would use that like you would say, "Hey! How's it going?"

Scrubs has been on since 2001. If they were going to cancel it because of saying penis, they would have done it a long time ago. Hell, Todd shows up multiple times in a banana hammock with nothing else on.
