Today I had to go in to school to pick up my final English paper (24.75/25, I went a little off-topic in the 4th paragraph, I know you really do care). I got home only to realize I'd forgotten my keys, how smart am I? Well, I hadn't really forgotten them, I'd let my sister borrow them and she'd forgotten to return them. Anyhow, this has happened before, so I pulled out my college ID card to unlock it because I'd only locked the bottom lock. Hey, guess what, when I'd just about got it open the stupid card broke. No more checking out books in the college library anymore eh? Then I remembered that I'd opened the window in the living room last night because it had gotten too warm. Luckily this one isn't right in front of the house, but it's still on the side. Thankfully we don't have many neighbors. Hopefully none of them saw me take off the screen and climb in. Now I'm sitting here, in my nice warm house, hoping my oh-so-helpful neighbors didn't call the police on an "intruder." I didn't think anyone was looking, but you never know. Now I jump every time the dog barks. For clarification, she barks every time someone pulls up in the driveway.

You won't get arrested. It is your house and you have the right to break into your own house if you locked yourself out. Just watch out for SWAT anyway. You wouldn't want them gassing you out of your house because someone thought you were a burglar.

Very strange...then again I'm not the best person to be talking to about doing that, I did that down-state and got dragged to the police office in handcuffs XD
