No, no the code is all wrong, you should revise it thusly:

It's much more effective that way, as the alt text is displayed and the viewing parameters actually function

That is code is wrong anyway. I had to switch image hosters awhile back. I fixed it though.

niether code affects me as my affi script does not use the "height" or "Width" tags
for your site mine just uses

88 X 31 pixels is what I use for banners.
And I know about the different banner code. It's just easier to turn that one into the new one then to have someone turn the new one into the old one.
