Name: The Five Factions

Set in a strictly fantasy world, five unique factions vy for power in the ever changing lands of Septrem.
The Imperium - A large imperial faction, taking over the globe region by region. The Imperial is against the native factions, and uses it's sheer numbers in it's favour on the battlefield.
The Minisu - A religious faction, living high in the mountains in a monastery, focusing on harmony and peace
The Ulthan - A small society of scientists living in a fort just outside the forest. They focus on forwarding technology, making new and ingenious ways of transport and, inevitably, weaponry which in turn is usually sold on to the Imperium.
The Hirren - A sea faring faction, living in a raised town on the marshes. They are deadly pirates, but are also inate at minor magics.
The Ganura - The Ganura are a millitary faction living on the black lake in their citadel. They train rigourously each day, and are the most combat capable of the five, however they lack numbers to start a war against the Imperium.
When you join up, you are first to choose a faction, before entering the school/academy of that faction, where you will remain a Student until the leader declares you one of them.
