So, my friend has this game. Its based off of H.P. Lovecraft's stuff. We went camping the other night and started playing and it is a lot of fun. The closest game I can compare it to is Clue only through the movement. You go around trying to seal Gates and you fight the monsters that come out of them. If you don't seal the Gates in time a God awakens. It could range from a weak God like Yig to Azathoth who ends the game automatically.
If you like Lovecraft and board games I highly recommend trying it out. It first came out in the late 80s, but they recently released it with new artwork and some expansions.

Chuthul rocks! I'd like to play that game, but I can't seem to find it here in Holland. Any ideas as to how to get a hold of it?

I played it with Tony -- it's pretty damn fun once you figure it out, although getting used to the rules can take a little while. But the complexity adds to the experience, in my opinion.
