My dad and i have both read The Wheel Of Time up to its current point if the series is ever finished and they decide to make a movie of it like they did with Lord Of The Rings would you watch it? I know its alot of ifs but think about it for sec if their really was one would you watch it? I for one would buy all the movies after watching them in the theater, XD. Also who do you think should play the characters in a movie if their was one?

No. Just....No.
There is simply no way Hollywood would ever be able to adapt this into a movie. The first couple of books, maybe, but when you get into the later books where every character is off on their own little story arc...
Lord of the Rings pushed it trying to follow 3 groups of people at once. Can you imagine trying to follow Rand, Mat, Perrin, Nynaeve, Egwene, Elayne, Lan, Forsaken, and other miscellaneous background characters all in the space of three hours in the later movies? We'd get one little blip from each one and the freakin' thing would be over.
It's fun to think about, but if they ever do it, I, personally, am going to duck in a cave until the whole thing blows over because it is likely to be horrible.

The movie rights are owned by some major movie group, Universal I think. And I think they are in the process of adapting it into a movie series. Personally, I rather have it as an HBO series

I completely agree. It would be a mess. Imagine how much it would cost?! They’ll probably try to CGI it in excess. And I really hope they don’t make it into a TV series; in my experience, those really do not turn out well. I’d much rather have my imagination ….ridiculous and limited as it may be.
Apparently, Universal have been sitting on it for a lot longer than they’re reporting. Hopefully, they’re not that interested.
I like the graphic novel route though. They’re actually pretty good.
