I just want to know who has played StarCraft or StarCraft BroodWar and what you think of it.
I myself find it to be a good stradegty game. Bob I said good, not excellent or very good, just good. AoE II is better for combat, but I prefer the storyline in StarCraft.

There were some moments in Starcraft that made me want to cheer, and that's more than I can say for any other strategy game.

I have it, I've just never played it. Too busy with Grand Strategy games, I guess. Like MTW... *Drools* Speaking of which, I might just play that right now. Or Victoria. Or EU2. Or Civ3Conquests. Or Risk 2. Or... I might just install that Starcraft CD I got for a gift.

*laughs* It's rather simplistic compared to the games you play, Bob, but it has a pretty good plot. Some especially witty moments, too.

Really? GSG's I guess are more in depth strategy, but stuff like AOE and SC, its been a while since I've played it. Not really my thing, I guess.

starcraft is ok but the population limit along with other blizzard games is horrible

I am playing Rise of Nations now and its very good. Its very satisfying to crush my baby-brothers squadron off bowmen with my stealth-bombers. ;D
