Her heart skipped a beat. He was good as hers. She would do well with a trained Man at her side.
"You may be, Tristan Llyeneth. I trust you will enjoy your fight, with me, and I you." she said slowly.
"I can protect you, keep you close, and let you do and feel the same as I. I know you know it, Tristan. I need not say it." She said in an asking manner

"You are asking me to be your Warder? Dangling the carrot of triumph over the dark to entice me. But I know this going in and I say yes."
Kneeling in front of her hetook her hands in his. "Moraine Aes Sedai I swear to guard your in battle and out, to give advice as asked and to follow your orders, in battle and out. This I swear to you on my life, blood and honor. Byt he light and myhope of salvation and rebirth."

She watched as he bent down on knee and took her hands up."Moraine Aes Sedai I swear to guard your in battle and out, to give advice as asked and to follow your orders, in battle and out. This I swear to you on my life, blood and honor. Byt he light and myhope of salvation and rebirth." he said.
She smiled and took her hands away lightly and placed them on his cheeks. She grasped saidar and wove the spirit that was needed. "And by your oath, I do accept, And swear that I will be there to protect you, listen to your advice, and fight the Dark One, until he is gone from the this world, by your side. Steel for Steel, Power for Power." She finished with a touch of her weave and laid it down on him. The weave disappeared, and suddenly a sense of him was in her.
"We go to Fal Dara." She said, watching as he stood. She smiled. He would hear her plans now. He needed to know as much as she could tell.

Grabbing up her pack and replacing it on the horse. He held the beast steady as she mounted.
They made a quick pace to Fal Dara, about a jog for him. Stopping only to speak to the patrol that had come out to investigate the smoke. The patrol leader decided to do a sweep to make sure there were no other Trollocs about.
Moraine and himself made their way into Fal Dara. He looked up to her as they entered the gates. "The Fortress or an inn Moraine?"

They moved on to Fal Dara at full speed, She told him the things that she needed to do in the town. Searching for something, information.
They past a squad and then on to Fal Dara.
"An Inn and under different names, Gaiden. I have no need to be seen or routed out by Ashamen, or others that would easily sense me." She really didnt have time to deal with any unknowns. She came for her information and off to the next town it was. The further away from the Blight, The better. But nothing worked as planned. The Wheel weaves as the Wheel Wills she thought dryly.

"That may be difficult Moraine, I am well known here. If nothing else the hadori will mark me out."
He thought for a few moments and then abruptly turned up a street, heading towards a poorer part of town. Soon he stopped at a blacksmiths and left the horse with him and enough to pay for the shoeing. Gaining the assurance that it would be done before nightfall.returning to the street he led Moraine on further, finally stopping in front of and Inn with a faded sign bearing a Shienarian Lance on it and 'The Lance" spelled out in red lettering.
"This is a place I never come and has a bad reputation, but it may serve our needs."

He took them around the town. He was obviously set with some sort of plan. She would let him decide. That was his job now.
"This is a place I never come and has a bad reputation, but it may serve our needs." he said.
"This is fine, " She tossed him a money bag filled with gold, and silver marks, "this should cover it and anything else we may need in the weeks to come, You do hold on to that, please." She said, She dismounted and waited for him to take the lead.

Taking the ouch he tied it offto his belt and turned to lead her inside. Seeing her go fro her hood. "Celine, no. you cannot wear a hood inside the walls. It is against the law."
He then turned to enter the The Lance, making sure she followed. He spoke to the innkeeper in hushed tones and procured a room quickly. Motioning to Moraine to come with him and leading her towards the stairs. "We have a room to share, it is all there was and dear at that. Food will be brought shortly." As he led her upsatairs and opened the door to their room.

She nearly forgot herself, when she tried to put her hood up to cover her face. He was quick to stop her and came up with a good enough Name for the place they entered.
She waited until he was ready and followed him up the stairs to the room. When they went in they locked the door behind them. She was spent. This was a long trip and she had used more than she could handle without good rest. She needed to weave wards on the room. She sat down in a chair by the bedside and embraced saidar, Weaving a ward at the door. The warder would know if she felt anything, he would feel her startlement.
When she let go of saidar she sat back in her chair and drifted off to sleep.
She had dreams of what happened 20 odd years ago, a boy screaming swaddled at the slopes of dragonmount....
The head selector was telling her of the objects she needed to search out, it would be detrimental to helping in the last battle, that was sure to come.
She was sitting at a fire under a tree and a man came up, setting off her wards. She picked him up in weaves of air, ready to protect herself from anything. He was handsome for his years, well built. His answers and respect was what got her attention.
She stirred in her place. Vaguely aware of the warder in her mind

Seeing her passed ouot in the chair, he took a bit of time to sheck the room over. And met the serving girl outside in the hall and carried in the soup, bread, wine and ale. Setting it on the table. Seeingher still dead asleep, he bent and slipped her shoes off and stockings afte that. then he unbuttoned her dress and hefted her letting the dress slide away, leaving only her shift. he then carried her to the bed and pay her in it, covering her gently. He ate the broth and bread that hadbeen brought, leaving hers untouched for later. He drank the caraf of ale, and a cup of the wine and then propping his sword against the chair, reclined. He quickly dropped into a deep dreaming sleep.
A child swaddled and screaming in the snow of a lone mountain.
A lady in blue talking
Peering though the branches at Moraine and then walking towards her, lifted into the air.
Another time Moraine and he together camping nad being attacked, fighting them off, her wounded.
A young man, tall and Aiel like, dressed as a westlander
Then he woke up with a start and looked around. She was still asleep and it was morning.

She stirred in the bed, and opened her eyes. She had restless dreams but she felt revived as needed. She realized she was in a bed, in her shift! She blushed looking at the warder, and hurriedly schooled her face. She was tired, but she did not think that tired!
She waited until he turned around and then pulled herself out of the bed and dressed. "Thankyou." was all she said.
She came to the chair and table with breakfast laid out for two. It looked like he had eaten already. She sat down and took some of the tea that awaited her.
"Did you sleep well, Tristan?"she asked over her cup. She would not ask about how she got where she woke.
"I need to go into town today, We search out a Barmaiden, her name is Lyanie. She will have the reports I need. Then we can be done with this place. You can go out and get things we will need for a journey to Tear. Or the next town over anyhow. But we go to Tear from here." She went back to her tea, thinking of what the reports might bring today.

As she thanked him he nodded and averted his eyes so she could dress. it was one thing in his mind to undress her for bed when she was asleep and another to see her the same way awake. When she had dressed he turned back to her.
"Did you sleep well, Tristan?"
"I did Moraine, thank you. Did you?"
"I need to go into town today, We search out a Barmaiden, her name is Lyanie. She will have the reports I need. Then we can be done with this place."
"Do you know which Bar she works at, that will make it much easier. Checking every bar in Fal Dara will take some time." Bristling as she dismissed his hime in sucha manner.
"You can go out and get things we will need for a journey to Tear. Or the next town over anyhow. But we go to Tear from here."
"Tear? That is a long journey Aes Sedai. Do you wish to go and procure a boat to Tear or ride the whole way. We will pass by Tar Valon in either case. Trying to avoid it will add a week by either method."

"Yes btw, I did sleep well." she left it to that. Her dreams were taunted by the past. He could feel his irritation building at her lack of answers.
"I will find her myself. I need you to be ready when Im done. Please dont worry, Im well rested and ready for anything that comes my way.." she trailed off feeling the sense of, insult, was it?
"We need to talk Tristan, About what I can handle and what I cannot." She said softly. He gave her an oath, and she him. He had to know the truth of it.
She told him of her weakness to fire and earth, her lack of training with hand, but usefullness with a dagger. She showed him the finances would see them fine for a year then the Tower would send more.

He took in the information, only interjecting with something important, the entirity of which was an offer to train her with the sword.
When she was ready to leave he came behind her with their gear. Parting with her outside, he gave the name of another inn not to far from the South gate where they could stay. A little nicer and close to the way they would be going.
He spent the rest of the day arranging for their trip to from Fal Dara to Fal Moran and then to the River. Finally making his way to the inn he asked Moraine to meet him at. And settling into a chair to wait for her.

She listened and agreed with the Tristan about everything, besides Tar Valon. She didnt want to go back there just yet, she was likely to get stuck in ceromines and questioning. She was not done with her duty yet. Where did her duty end in this anyways?
They went outside the Inn and discussed where to meet. She felt him uneasy through the bond as he left to do the things that were needed. She fingured the knife in the back of her belt. She would have to consider taking him up on that offer of learning the blade. She was small in size, she doubted she could lift it with ease of use as he did. She did need something though. There would be times like these they would have to seperate to get things done in a timely manner.
She did tell him where the bar maiden should have been. Though she left it to him to keep and went off on her way east of town. She found the Inn not far from the gates. She walked in and looked over the room until her eyes fell on an empty seat near the common room. She walked over and sat down. The barmaid came over "My name is lyanie and I will be serving you today Ma'am, What can I get you?" She asked with a small smile. " A cup of spiced wine please and a napkin for the table." as was customary for the blues response. She tossed a tar valon mark on to the table and watched as the woman picked it up and turned.
She waited for the bar maid to come back. She placed a napkin on the table and her cup on it. She smiled to the woman in thanks and waited for her to leave. She drank half the wine slowly. When she was done she took the napkin and stuck in behind her belt and stood to leave. She gave the near emtpy room a look over and walked out the door.
She walked on to meet up with her Gaiden at the agreed Inn. She walked in the door feeling him near. He was waiting and had been a long time. She would give him some more information as they traveled she wished to be free of this place, her last reports talked of men who could channel making themselves known. Ashamen they called themselves.
