Sitting in that common room as minutes turend to hours, he was almost ready to go and look for her when she came through the door. Standing from his chair as she approached, he looked to the stairs and started to head in that direction. Waiting for her to begin to ascend before he followed her up. He could feel her tightness int he back of his head and had guessed she wanted privacy.
Opening the door to the room for her, adn feeling the palpable relaaxtion come from her as she stepped inside. He waited a moment, checking the hallway, before stepping in and closing the door.
Looking about the room he waited for her to begin, knowing she would in her own time. But he poured two glasses from the condensation covered caraf on the table, handing one to her.

She followed him up the stairs looking at all the faces in the common room quickly. A few she noticed were different than those of Fal Dara.
When she entered the room she relaxed a bit. She sat down and took the drink from him. He was anxious, pulling at the bond, waiting. She pulled out the napkin from behind her belt and opened it up. She looked up at the man as he raised an eyebrow at it.
"It reads, Men who can channel have been here, claiming to follow the dragon reborn. They are looking for someone. It matches one of the sisters descriptions. Few others save Shiniarians have come by the town, and fighting in the blight was their intent. " she finished.
She embraced saidar, the awesome rush that was, but only a little. She set the napkin a blaze and watched as it burned to ashes.
"So Gaiden, how do we leave, by night or now? What are your thoughts? We come close to the dragon. We should see him in Tear." she left him with that tidbit and felt a sudden since of surprise that was supressed with seriousness.. No doubt ready to ask questions and throw his two cents in.

Watching the napkin burn "We leave tomorrow morning to travel to the river and then by boat downt he river, it will be several days to Tar Valon. But the captain assured me it would be a quick stop, we will not have to leave the boat. The other option would take twice as long." He layed out the exact route and plan to her.
Running over what she had said to him in his head, he thought about men channeling and had to suppress a shudder.
Then a knock at the door came, Tristan looked to Moraine and calmed her with a look. Opening the door a crack he made sure it was the servign girl, sho brought supper in. He tipped her and she left quickly. Uncovering the tray and revealing the pork, potatoes and greens.
"I thought dinner would be good here tonight. Breakfast will be dlivered as well in the morning. This room also has two beds. So we can both sleep in one."

After the napkin was singed she heard a light rappin on the door. She gave a start then Tristan said, "I thought dinner would be good here tonight. Breakfast will be dlivered as well in the morning. This room also has two beds. So we can both sleep in one."
She took up her plate and started to eat. She was hungry, and hadnt eaten anything in the last Inn she was in. She smirked at the Bed comment, but figured he was right about that.
She embraced Saidar and put wards up around the room, then looked at Tristan, "Are you feeling rested? Sleeping well? Need any healing, nows the time to say."
She waited for his answer so that they could retire for the night

He shook his head as he ate, "I am fine." She seemed to accept that and he could tell through the link that she was tired, much more tired than he was. "Let me step out so you cn prepare for bed." Rising from the chair and stepping to the door, opening it and stepping out into the hall. "Let me know when you are done, Celine. I will be right here." He then shut the door behind him and leaned against the wall casually, waiting.
Shortly thereafter Moraine stuck her head out of the door "I am done" and then disappeared back into the room. He pushed off the wall and re-entered the room, noticing her slim form slip into her bed. He then made himself ready for bed and setting his sword by the headboard, climbed in himself. He could already feel the relaxation of her sleeping through the bond and could hear the slow, rythmnic breathing. He settled into the bed and closed his eyes, soon drifting off himself.

Sleep was well with them both and they got up at sunrise to start for the river. They would need to leave soon. They had little time to get where they needed, and being so close to the blight made for hard days work anywhere.
She noticed that Tristan was up and ready to go. That was a good sign. She slipped out of bed and dressed. She wrapped the cloak at her shoulders, leaving the hood down for now.
She took care to eat all that had been brought up by the servants for her breakfast. Drinking her tea quickly. They didnt talk much over breakfast or until leaving
She grabbed up her staff and headed for the door. It was time to leave.

Finishing their breakfast and heading out the door, Tristan made a quick check of the room to make sure nothing was left behind. When he reached the stabel she was already mounted, swinging up into the saddle of his horse he looked to her and started out. Quickly exiting Fal Dara by the south gate. they made a good pace downt he road, but not to fast, something the horses could maintain for a long time. Finally arriving at the boarding point, he slid down and grabbed her reins so she could dismount easily. Once she had he helped her onto the boat and made sure their accomadations and gear were taken care fo and the horses were properly cared for. he then turned to Moraine. "Celine all is prepared."

They mounted the horses and rode till they came upon the river. They didnt talk much, just rode at a steady pace.
She dismounted the horse and handed the reins over to Tristan. "Celine, all is prepared." he said. She smiled and followed him. "How long do you think, until reach the docs of TarValon?" She wanted him to talk to her more. She needed to get a good scope of what was going to happen, at least as much as she could.

"It will depend on the wind and river, but a few days. Less than a week. From there we can continue on with this boat or we can change, I still think the river will be the fastest route to Tear." Settling her in their cabin. He waited for the questions he could feel broiling in the back of her head. "We should be departing momentarily. Is there soemthing else I can answer for you?" Just as they felt the boat jerk and begin to move, the shouts above growing louder.

A week maybe less? Depending on the wind? She hated things she could not account for, though, she knew that many things were left to chance. The wheel weaves as the wheel willed. And there was nothing more to it.
She felt the boat move and listened as the men aboard shouted and moved along to get the sails up and moving. She grabbed the railing that was near her to get a better stance. She nearly blushed at the lack of serenity she had around this man. Ignoring it, she went on," A week or less. Yes, that will do. I would like to avoid the city of Tar Valon if we can. I do not want to be wrapped up in ceremonies and other things. It could mean the same for you, being bonded to me now." she stopped to look up at the sky.
There would be a storm tonight. She didnt like that. She didnt want to use saidar unless she had to. Too many would stop at nothing to put an arrow in her back if they knew who she was. "We should find cover, it looks like a storm might hit this evening. I would like not to be out here when it does. It doesnt seem right either, Like it was ... made to be, not natural. I cant fingure it though." She looked at him.

"I have already arranged to stay on board at Tar Valon if we should desire. The Captain assures me that they will be there only to unload and take on fresh cargo, a day at the most." He could feel a tug in his head as if that displeased her, but dismissed it as he had already tried to talk the Captain into bypassing Tar Valon. The man could not be dissuaded. It meant too much of his cargo would be worthless to not stop and Tristan was unprepared to buy the whole cargo to avoid the city, yet.
At the mention of a storm he looked to the sky, which was blue and clear and back to Moraine. "As you say Celine. The cabin is this way and it should be dry enough." Taknig a look at the terrain on each side, he decided they were making good enough time.

She followed him in down to the cabin, looking up at the sky for the last time. It didnt seem right.
She came into the cabin with a sigh and put down her staff and cloak on a chair. She didnt sit she stood staring at seemingly nothing. A storm when spring comes? No, this is not right, what could it be?A fool, I am, I shouldnt leave any stone unturned or thought undone, time is to important.
She felt the sudden urge of .. concern, then turned to look at Tristan.

The ship had slowed suddenly, he could feel it under his feet. He rolled his eyes up, concern coursing through him he looked to her. "I will be right back. Something is not right." He turned and headed out the door, retunring a couple minutes later.
"It seems we are stuck on a sand bar, the captain has the men working the sweeps. He hopes to be free soon, but did not seem optimistic to me. He also said that this sand bar was not here when he came up the river last week."
He furrowed his brow. "I am no riverman, but that seems very unusual to me. Sand bars shift but not like that."

A sandbar? Only currents over months, maybe years could do that so a boat gets stuck. The storm indeed. But what kind of storm would her and Tristan be dealing with today.
She turned to the door and walked out and back up to the deck. She felt her Gaiden, short on behind her. He was concerned. She had to see what was going on, and see if it was safe to set it straight.
She looked over the railing and then up to the sky. No weaves that she could see, but with men channeling in the world, or perhaps a woman down the way, could have caused such a mishap.
She turned to the captain" Captain, I fear our situation, how will you handle this? Will those men be able to get us off it?" she waited impatiently as he answered her.

Captain: "Aye, we will be off, sooner rather than later. Thesweeps will work, we are not on it firmly. Within the hour I suspect."
Tristan watched as Moraine spoke with the Captain, he checked both sides of the river and was not pleased with how narrow the river was or how tightly packed the trees were. He looked back to Moraine and waited for her to finish. A flash of worry crossing his mind.
