Most recently, I've been playing:

Tales of Symphonia
Baldur's Gate II
Neverwinter Nights

With Tales of Symphonia being a somewhat strange GameCube RPG, Neverwinter Nights being pretty damn fun, and Baldur's Gate II being the one out of the bunch which focuses the most on actual roleplaying.
