If you ever really listened to Queen or read their lyrics, it relates a lot to the WoT. Its unnatural. Here is an example of what I'm talking about - Princes of the Universe (a.k.a. the Highlander theme (t.v. show))And if you give Victor 30 minutes, he'll explain how some of Kansas's songs relate to some of the characters. Like the Mat Cauthon song or the one about Rand.

I would like to point out that actually, WoT relates a lot to the songs. The songs came first, the books after.

Yes, wasn't it RJ who said that he wrote to music, and formed the words of his stories like notes, the sentences like measures, the novels like symphonies?

*POSSIBLE SPOILERS*
How Kansas's songs relate to Wheel of Time characters:
"Carry On Wayward Son" = Rand "Hold On" = Lan "Play the Game Tonight" = Mat (I dunno, but it reminded me of him) "Fight Fire With Fire" = Rand and Aviendha's romance "The Wall" = Nyneave and her block "Dust in the Wind" = Ishmael, with his whole "We've fought before, we'll fight again, there's nothing you can do about it, hahaha" philosophy. "Point of Know Return" = The formation of the Black Tower, at least when the existance of the taint colored men's opinions of it. "The Pinnacle" = Rand (also the song one of my own characters reminds me of)
I could probably think of more.
