Do you think Rand will somehow manage to get the Seanchan under his control to use them during the Last Battle? Mabye when Mat marries Toun, the Empress dies from some Seanchan plot, so now Tuon is Empress and she commands the Seanchan to follow Rand's orders or something.

Well, at the end of CoT, we find Rand sending a diplomatic group to the Seanchan. They will make peace eventually. And then, yes, Tuon and Mat will definitely influence all that stuff.

Okay, I found it.

"I can't fight the Shadow and the Seanchan at the same time. I am sending the three of you to arrange a truce with the Seanchan."
Bashere and Logain seemed stunned into silence. Until they began to argue, one on top of the other. Loial just looked ready to faint."
So it was Bashere, Logain, and Loial. Bashere comes in during the epilogue and tells that the Seanchan are amenable, but they want to speak to Rand, himself. "The Marshal-General of Saldaea isn't the Dragon Reborn."
