There are lots of reasons you should join the board. The major one is that you can post in ALL the boards. You can also RP (main reason of the board) and gain ranks and be respected my other people. If you join and make someone else join, you get 10 free posts. It may not sound like much, but it adds up.

Nothing really. The person has to post that he recruited a person. The guy that recruits someone gets the posts. Not the person recruited.
