For the first time in a coon's age, I took out my Magic: The Gathering plying cards, and played a game. It happened Monday, which coincidentaly is the same day that Pizza Ranch opened in our town...thank god. Anyway, it was incredibly nostalgic, and I enjoyed myself.

Magic: The Gathering...I haven't played that in a long time, either. I should play that soon. And eat pizza. Yes, whenever I'm allowed to eat solid foods again, I'll go do that.
Ten points to Quibly.

I haven't played magic the gathering in forever, but I don't think I could, I've forgot how.

I used to play Magic: The gathering aswell. Like 6 years ago or something. I always keep some cards in my wallet though. Just to look at the great art-work from time to time.

Sorry that this is off the topic of Magic, but Temanin, why can you not eat solid foods?

Because I'm on a clear-liquid diet, duh. XP
There's like a Magic: The Gathering Gathering thing at school where a bunch of guys get together and play, and the school even provides free snacks and stuff. For some reason I never made it to their meetings, though.

Why are you on a clear-liquid diet?
That sounds really nerdy. I bet there is also a D&D group that also gets free snacks and drinks.

Kidney stone tore the heck out of my urethral tract. Worst pain I've experienced in my entire life, and it lasted for approx. sixteen hours straight.
Well, I kind of took it out of context. It's actually the weekly game night, and some of the guys just play Magic every week there. And no, there aren't many D&D players down there. My roommate was technically a GM, but they never really got around to playing much. And I didn't like him much...
Who are you who can summon fire without flint or tinder?
There are some who call me... Tim.

Ouch. That must've really hurt. Did they let you keep the stone? You could bring it out and say, "This stupid little thing caused me so much pain."

It's still in there, and it's still causing pain. I went to the hospital Sunday and spent some quality time with Demerol. If anyone else here knows what that stuff is, let's here it for Demerol! Best painkiller ever! Woo!
*cough* I need to go buy some Magic cards. When I first started, I bought 300 in one go. My friends laughed and said, "But you don't even know if you'll like it, fool!" It turns out I did, and I'm glad. But they have some awesome new cards out, and I don't have them. Must...buy...
EDIT NOTES:
Demerol is on the Spell Check list, but the word millennia isn't. I find that really funny. The thing in my signature was made while Demerol was losing effect and the pain was returning.

Demerol is a wonderful thing.
Anyhow...you should definately check into this Magic 'club,' or whatever the hell it is. I think a weekly game would be amazing.

I think I'll ask for some Demerol Tuesday. I won't need it, but it can't hurt to ask, right?
And yes, yes I should. It's even "operated" by a guy from my home town, so I would haev a leg up there. Oh well. We'll see what happens. Though they sometimes play for cards, and I don't want to lose any of mine. They're pretty good...

My aunt told me a story about getting drugged up. She was in labor for her daughter, but it was for six or seven days. After a couple of days the doctors decided to give her a break and give her some drugs to numb her up so she can sleep. So they brought her into a room and told her to bend as far forward as possible so they could stick the Epidural into her back. She said the needles hurt, but after that the drugs took effect. She said, "I love you Epidural Man." The nurses replied by saying everyone loves the Epidural Man, but she said, "I really love him."
She said there was a small point that she wanted to leave my uncle and go out with the Epidural Man. I find that funny. More so, I find that if a single mother who gave birth to a child and got the Epidural, then pursued the Epidural Man and married him, would be very funny.
