Merge Tar Valon and White Tower into Tar Valon. No need to have them seperate, since one generally goes with another. Instead of this description:
"The vast city on an island, home of the Aes Sedai and the White Tower. Tar Valon is the center of trade between the Borderlands and the south. Tar Valon is famous for its Shining Walls that have never fallen."
Have:
Tar Valon is a vast island city, the most beautiful in the world. With Ogier made buildings, graceful arches and bridges, and multiple towers, only people who see it every day cannot gape in astonishment. The heart of the city is the White Tower, home of the Aes Sedai and perhaps the most influential person in all the Main Continent: the Amyrilin Seat.
And the Oigier descripition is rather lacking:
"Home of the legendary Ogier. The Ogier are know for thier beautiful buildings that can still be
seen in Tar Valon. The Ogier live in an area that does not let channelers channel."
Instead, make it:
The Ogier Stedding are the home of the legendary Ogier, beings normally only heard in children's tales. Their Stedding are homes of great forests, grown by the Talent known as Ogier Treesinging. The Great Trees are said to be over 400 paces in height. The Stedding also prevent channeling, and produce an aura of peace and contentment. No shadowspawn can enter them.
