Well, my idea is simple character interaction... maybe one (or more) of the Asha'man meets the travelling Aiel group (NPC's and one PC), give their thoughts on the Dragon Reborn, and go on with whatever they were supposed to do...
The location should be anywhere that's east of Falme. I guess.
Yeah, simple character interaction.

I apologize Netweaver, but my character and two others are nowhere near Falme and are currently doing something.

Well, there are other characters...
Well, the Aiel shouldn't neccessarily meet Asha'man. Anyone will do just fine. As long as they are heading to Falme. Hunters of the Horn (with which the meeting may end up in a fight), ordinary people, etc. Shadowspawn even (definitely a fight).

You can always create a temporary group of people to RP as to progress your storyline. As long as you don't use them regularly, you don't need to write up bios for them.

Well, I wouldn't do that, since an Aiel's story wouldn't be too important...
I guess the only time Aiel would be important (that is to say, they are no longer behind-the-scenes in the book) is during and after the Stone is taken. So, mu character wouldn't be too useful until then.
So, I guess I'll just join any RPing that takes place in Tear, since that's where the Aiel're supposed to be, after Falme.
Anyway, a bit out of topic, when will the timeline progress?

Everyone's story is important. You can create people to have your character interact with to further progress your storyline. You can't just have him pop from place to another in the blink of an eye.
I don't know when the timeline will progress. I guess when there is a big enough demand for it, we'll have it moved.
