I seriously should be sleeping. Seriously seriously. Anyway, what upcoming 'things' are you looking forward to?
I am looking forward to many things.
March 30th I'm going to a concert. The headliner is Brand New, who's alright, but really I'm going for the openers. Manchester Orchestra puts on a fun live show and Kevin Devine is my future husband. Plus I've seen the setlists and he's covering Holland 1945. And since I will never get to see Neutral Milk Hotel live then I suppose this is the best alternative. Too bad Jesse Lacey isn't doing his Two-Headed Boy Pt. II cover.
April-sometime: Hopefully another concert. Simon Dawes BETTER come to the northwest. I need my fix. I haven't seen them for a year. Their cover of Burning Down the House is one of my favorite covers of all time, and David Byrne's execution is so perfect, so the fact that Taylor manages so well only makes me more of a fan-girl.
I was informed by someone that they won't be coming to the northwest until May-ish.
May 4th: Decemberists concert
June 11th: Senior Grad Night. Italian-style go-kart racing. Yes please.
June 13th: Graduation. That's extremely surreal... and scary
August 22nd: I'll be 18. I'll be able to vote. I'll be able to rent 'unrated' movies and own property and go to more shows than before. I don't smoke or buy porn or have lots of sex with random people though, so that doesn't really do anything for me.

Today I'm going to rent Children of Men and watch it. I hope it is as good as the book.
This Friday marks the beginning of Spring Break. I'm going to sleep and play video games and not care about anything.
April 11th I leave to go to Atlanta for FIRST Robotics and the Championship. It's gonna be a lot of fun.
I'm waiting for 2008 for Battlestar Galactica to return to TV so I can see what happens.

Children of Men is a fantastic movie (watched it last night). I didn't read the book so I don't know how it compares, but I enjoyed myself.
And I'm waiting for Battlestar Galactica Season 3 to come to DVD so that I can actually see it.
And I'm right there with Quibly; summer can't come fast enough.

I'm looking forward to sleep, and some time off from exams >.< Not to mention, the WoT comics, they look to die for! And, of course, AMOL. There's also a few concerts this summer, no idea on the dates. But yes, those are just a few things I'm looking forward to.

I really look forward to the end of this period. My grades rock at the moment, but I am really apprehensive about the upcoming tests. "The integration of Europe" seems to be my hardest course this period. First I have got to write a paper on how the US influenced Europian integration after WW2, after that I've got an exam. The book has about 500 pages and we need to learn them al by heart. Every year, every event. It'll be a hard nut to crack.
