Here just lay out your crazy theories about the history of all seven ages. 3rd- Yeah, we know 4th- Kingdom of the Light: a world united under male and female channelers, similar to 2nd. 5th- the world is broken and is squabbling states again. 6th- They unite under a world conquerer who persecutes channelers 7th- Revolt of channelers breaks the world for the 7th time. They go around, fighting, mostly male vs. female. Their fight temporarily destroys access to the OP. 1st- People build a nice society w/o OP usage. 2nd- It is broken by the rediscover of channeling, and of ambitious channelers trying to take over the world who eventually unite to recreate the advanced society they remeber from the 1st Age. Repeat.  |

No no no. I don't think that is right. I think its more of a advance through stages of civilization. So, this is how I think it is.
1st - More advanced than us, but less than the 2nd Age
2nd - peek of civilization
3rd - Downfall of civilization and reduced to Medivel
4th - Mabye Renesance
5th - Around gunpowder age
6th- close to around 18th century
7th - our time

Actually, to elaborate a bit, I think the 1st is our age, 2nd was built in remembrance of our time, third was the collapse, 4th was the benevolent empire, 5th was another collapse, and so on, like I said. Our age is the only one w/o magic.

Age of Technology - Us. The Horn of Valere is kept in a museum, and history proceeds under the influence of several great ta'veren - Caesar, Napolean, Hitler - and nobody cares to discover the One Power. Several great ter'angreal exist in this age (Excalibur, the Lance of Longinus, the Ark of the Covenant), but being ignorant of the One Power, nobody knows how to use them.
Age of Legends - the Age of Legends
Age of (I forget the name) - the occurances of the WoT
Age of Prosperity - after the world is broken again, an alliance of kingdoms is formed under the leadership of channelers both male and female (Alternately an age of peace under the rule of al'Thor.)
Age of Shadow - The Dark One once again makes his presence known, throwing hordes of Trollocs against the nations of the fourth age. This goes on four thousands of years, with the Light just barely managing to escape destruction by the Shadow.
Age of Heroes - Many heroes of the Horn live in this age. Mikel of the Pure Heart, who leads the armies of the light into battle. Opposing him is Artur Hawkwing, one of the Dark One's Chosen. The Light manages to destroy the Blight, led by Shivan the Hunter and Calian.
Instead of breaking, the world proceeds naturally into the next age.
Age of Light - A great kingdom exists, free of the Shadow and generally peaceful. However, near the end of this age, Darkfriends appear to take over the government, the Blight reappears, and the world is overrun by the Shadow. Shadowspawn become natural wildlife, and the Dark One's armies are filled with Dreadlords.
Age of Chaos - As a last resort to save humanity against the Shadow, the Creator gives people of the light powers, such as Min's viewing and the ability to speak to wolves. The champion of the Creator, The Dragon, lives again in this age, and rediscovers the Horn of Valere, as well as creates portal stones. Usage of the One Power reaches an all-time high in this age, and the ter'angreal made are even more powerful than in the Age of Legends. During the last battle of this age, the Horn is blown, the heroes ride, the world breaks, and something (perhaps balefire) cuts the world off from the One Power.
